I had an outstanding experience with Volvo St. Leonard! It exceeded all my expectations. My 1st appointment was with Dominic, and he displayed exceptional professionalism and customer service. This was the first time I've met someone so passionate about their job and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. Dominic went above and beyond in answering my questions.
He took the time to compare different cars, provided detailed explanations of their differences and advantages, and even evaluated the Mercedes I was considering trading in, offering a fair deal. The level of service I received from Dominic far surpassed any experience I've had with Mercedes. I can't even begin to compare them, and I believe it would be extremely challenging to find someone as passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable as Dominic.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dominic to all my friends, acquaintances, and colleagues. Ultimately, I decided to lease a new Volvo, primarily due to the competitive interest rate, especially since we already have a Volvo in our family. Dominic is the reason I chose Volvo St Leonard, after my appointment with him I knew this was the place I’m buying a car from!
Then, I had my appointment with Philippe, who unquestionably demonstrated that Volvo sets exceptionally high standards for customer service. Philippe took the time to explore several options with me, helped me secure a trade-in value that left me satisfied, and patiently addressed all my questions. The decision was made on the same day.
Afterward, Philippe introduced me to Andrea to handle the paperwork. She was equally amazing, maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor. Andrea thoroughly explained everything and was highly accommodating of my time constraints. Given my background in finance, I can quickly discern whether someone truly understands their work when it comes to credit applications. Andrea is undoubtedly a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of her role; efficiency and excellence could easily be her middle names.
Last but certainly not least, when I arrived to pick up my new car, I had the pleasure of meeting Samuel. He meticulously reviewed all the paperwork, and he had been proactive in reminding me of what needed to be prepared for the big day. Samuel patiently answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through all the features of my new car, including downloading the necessary apps. He ensured that when I left, I was fully equipped: my phones were paired with the car, the essential apps were downloaded. I found myself knowing my new Volvo better than I ever knew my Mercedes, which I had driven for three years. This speaks volumes about the level of service I received at Volvo.
