How to connect your Android or iPhone to your Volvo via the Volvo Cars application

In this short instructional blog, we show you how to connect your Android or iPhone to your Volvo via the Volvo Cars application.


Recent generation = Integrated Google system

Before you start, make sure you have both keys in the car when you make the connection.

 

  • First, you will need to download the "Volvo Cars" app from your smart device (tablet, phone, watch, etc), Google Play Store for Android users and App Store for Apple users.
  • Then, launch the app and select the button being written "Create a Volvo ID."
  • After entering your information, an email will be sent to you and you will have to go accept the message.

 

Now head to your Volvo.

 

  • Go to the car settings: Profiles > Volvo On Call device.

 

Now just follow the steps on the screen to finalize the connection.
