In this short instructional blog, we show you how the sunroof works on your Volvo.
2022 model and earlier:
For those equipped with a model 2022 and below, there is a button located in the middle above the center mirror of the vehicle.
To open the cover, take the button and slide it back. Do the opposite movement to close it.
For the glass roof, you just have to do the same movement as for opening the canvas. If you only want a small air intake, simply push the button up. Conversely, to close it, a downward pressure is enough.
Please note that it is possible at any time to stop the opening or closing action of the canvas or the roof by applying an action opposite to the one previously performed.
2023 model and after:
For those who own a Volvo 2023 and up, just look above your center mirror and you may notice a small notch. This is where all of your roof adjustments are located.
To begin, simply slide your finger from front to back in this notch to open the roof.
Once it is open, if you make the same movement, to open the sunroof window.
To close it, you just have to make the opposite movement and thus pass your finger from the back to the front.
There is also the possibility of opening the sunroof window. To do this, you only need to touch the rear end of the touchpad. To close it, the front end of it.
Il existe aussi la possibilité d’entre-ouvrir la fenêtre du toit ouvrant. Pour ce faire, il vous suffit seulement de toucher l'extrémité arrière du pavé tactile. Pour le refermer, l’extrémité avant de celui-ci.
